"The court-appointed receiver for WexTrust Capital is seeking more than $2 million from the investment company for tracking down and managing its assets after they were frozen by a federal court in August.
The receiver, Timothy Coleman, asked that the U.S. District Court in Manhattan approve a $2.15 million payment to the New York law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf for its work on the case and a reimbursement for almost $86,000 of the firm's expenses."
But not a $1000 per month to keep the heat on the first floor of the Arcade.
